Aims & Objectives
Welcome to our Sports Yoga and Sports Association, a trailblazer in the realm of athletic yoga, established 22 years ago and proudly affiliated with the esteemed Indian Yoga Federation. Since our inception, we have been dedicated to blending the art of yoga with the spirit of sportsmanship. Through our numerous yoga competitions, we have provided a platform for athletes to showcase their prowess and dedication to the practice.
In addition to our competitive events, we offer a diverse range of yoga courses tailored to athletes of all levels, empowering them to enhance their performance, prevent injuries, and find balance both on and off the field. Our vision extends beyond the physical realm, as we aim to harness the transformative power of yoga to make a positive impact on society. Through community outreach and social initiatives, we aspire to add value to people’s lives, fostering holistic well-being and a sense of unity.
Vision:
Our vision is to redefine the boundaries of sports and yoga, creating a harmonious fusion that transcends athleticism to promote holistic well-being and societal harmony.
Purpose:
Our purpose is to empower athletes and individuals alike to achieve their full potential, both physically and mentally, through the transformative practice of sports yoga. By fostering a community grounded in mindfulness, resilience, and compassion, we strive to cultivate a world where every individual can thrive, on and off the mat.
Mission:
Our mission is to promote the practice of yoga as a holistic path to wellness, inner peace, and self-discovery. Through accessible and inclusive yoga programs, workshops, and events, we aim to empower individuals of all ages and backgrounds to cultivate physical strength, mental clarity, and emotional balance. We are committed to preserving and sharing the ancient wisdom of yoga while embracing modern methodologies to meet the diverse needs of our community.
